Our Dunes Motel, originally run by Mrs. Thelma Conner, has been welcoming vacationers for many years. A permanent fixture of the Ocean City landscape, it sits along Baltimore Avenue with all the original charm and appeal of a family seaside motel. In keeping with the Dunes Family tradition of moving forward the West/Poolside Building at the Motel is currently undergoing a complete renovation of all of its guestrooms and efficiencies. 
2008 is a time for change! When these rooms open for the season in March, guests will experience a brand new look. EACH AND EVERY GUESTROOM in the West Building will boast a complete makeover, from new carpeting to new furniture. And the Efficiency units will also feature new kitchens! Our maintenance staff has been busy completing these renovations for when you arrive. We are proud to offer these changes to our guests in 2008, and we are certain it will be a much welcomed change for all to enjoy!
